Brian Palmucci
is a prominent attorney practicing civil and criminal law throughout Massachusetts
in both state and federal courts. He is a former state and local prosecutor,
who has handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors
to OUI / DUI to charges that carry a life sentence. He is a veteran of
high stakes criminal and civil cases.
He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and New
England School of Law. While in law school Attorney Palmucci gained valuable
experience working in the District Attorney's Office. After graduation
he went on to work in the District Attorney's Office prosecuting thousands
of cases of various complexities.
After the District Attorney's Office he went to work as a state prosecutor
handling some of the most serious cases in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
that carry life sentences. He has been an Assistant District Attorney
in both Norfolk and Plymouth County's, Counsel at the Department of
Correction, and handled numerous cases as a Special Assistant Attorney General.
